What We Do
The Sam and Bella Sebba Foundation is an independent grant‑making foundation. We fund inspiring organisations across the UK and Israel whose work promotes social justice and protects human rights and democracy. Across both countries, our grant‑making focuses on supporting work with the potential to create lasting, transformative change.
In the UK, we prioritise pump‑priming support for smaller organisations, helping them strengthen their operations, extend their reach and become more sustainable. We also fund influencing work and initiatives that seek to drive systemic change, alongside pilots of innovative ideas with the potential to be scaled or replicated more widely.
In Israel, our grant‑making is shaped by three complementary approaches: supporting values‑based, rights‑based and practice‑based organisations. Across all three, the majority of our funding is directed towards initiatives that aim to deliver long‑term, systemic impact.
